Ideally we would be brought in at planning stage, but in real life we are normally involved in managing out crime in existing situations.

Crime and anti-social behaviour occur simply because the environment makes it easy. Reduce the opportunity and you reduce the nuisance. But a lot of overt security makes shoppers, patients, passengers — the visitors you need — uneasy.

Also, security staff are costly. Our advice will maximise the efficiency of the staff you have and, in many cases, reduce your spend. Rather than heavy policing, clever use of unobtrusive alterations will create a safer atmosphere and reduce crime.
