Customer Care Officers are not only a security plus, it is our aim that your customers and staff will value the input by our people: information giving is a great deal of the role.
We work with you to assess what is required both by the client, and the clients customers. We then collate all of the required information, and prepare a training course tailored specifically to your needs. Our staff are trained in our own training facility, enabling them to work as a team with your retail staff, providing a seamless presence.
