Services > RetailFidelis offers retailers a Security Officer presence, together with CCTV operators and Customer Service Officers. We actively encourage our staff to become familiar with their environment, enabling them to give directions and help customers.
A significant factor in loss from stores is theft by employees. Whilst becoming part of the team, our security officers are trained to be vigilant for any suspicious staff activity and will, as a matter of course, compile evidence of any wrongdoing which will then be reported discreetly.
We cannot market retail security as an off-the-peg package. Each store has its own challenges. We assess your needs and tailor a solution for your consideration.
